You don’t see Tibi really making appearances on celebs during their press tours too much, and it is hilarious to me that the SAME dress ended up on two girls on the same day.

However, I am a bigger fan of dressing for your body. I liked her a lot better when she just pulled out a different color Herve every night. This dress is just all wrong. It doesn’t fit her hips and the top is all lopsided. Her stomach is tumbling over the top of the skirt. Now we know Kim isn’t FAT, but this dress damn sure isn’t flattering on her. Bad choice.
