The best way to describe Chris Benz’s 2012 Spring collection would be somewhere between a psychedelic outdoor garden party that your cool, funky grandma is throwing. And I promise you, this would definitely be the sort of party that you would want to be invited to. The open and airy Avery Fisher Hall was filled with vivacious colors , prints, and outfit stylings that kept everyone on their toes with the unexpected pairings.

Most of the below-the-knee hemlines and cuts looked very 60s inspired, from the grey-streaked bouffants to the neon orange tunics. The palette of the collection felt like we were all thrown into Candy Land. Yellows, turquoises, and bright oranges were paired with geometric black and white patterns to really create an exciting contrast in the outfits. The girl wearing Chris Benz is a girl that is fun , spontaneous and ready to make a statement whenever she arrives.
