M. PATMOS S/S 2012 PRESENTATION.

For Spring, Marcia Patmos, designer of M. Patmos ,  offered a different take on her now signature knitwear. With a palette of fresh pale golds, silver, and dashes of blue, the knit cardigans and sweaters were airy and light, often with cut-out panels to let your skin breathe.I loved this detail the most because I just love wearing layers all year round and a light knit in those neutral colors would go perfect with summer dresses and shorts when it starts warming up again in the city.

One of the standouts was definitely the silver hand beaded slip dress paired with the metallic linen cardigan, creating just the right juxtaposition of modern strong pieces with organic and sustainable materials M. Patmos used in the cotton and handknit yarns.  M. Patmos makes being green look really , really good.
