WORST DRESSED AT THE 2011 OSCARS.

I hate saying worst dressed, but none of these girls really brought it…it isn’t that they were really that bad…just read the commentary.  The only dress here worthy of “worst dressed” would be Reese Witherspoon.  Horrid.  They are in order from most tolerable to most ridiculous.

12.  Natalie Portman in Rodarte

Okay.  It’s not terrible.  But I REALLY expected more.  Black Frame, (Rodarte’s PR) tweeted that the Best Actress Nominee (and favorite) would be wearing the Black Swan costume designer’s gown to the big show.  Everyone retweeted it.  After all the Galliano controversy, Portman (an Israeli), dropped the planned Dior dress and went for Rodarte.  Too bad the dress was EXTREMELY underwhelming.  I was on my toes looking out for this dress and it just didn’t do it for me.  Last minute thrown together much?

11.  Hilary Swank in Gucci

As much as I really wanted to like this dress, I’m so bored.  I feel like I have seen this so many times before.

10.  Scarlett Johanson in Dolce & Gabanna

At first I really liked this.  Seeing it more and more, especially on a computer screen, is really bringing out the cheap in this CUSTOM Dolce & Gabbana.  Unlike many others though, I loved the hair and makeup.  This doesn’t really scream “I just got divorced”, which it should.

9.  Sandra Bullock in Vera Wang

I HATE RED DRESSES ON THE RED CARPET.  Point blank.

8.  Penelope Cruz in L’Wren Scott

Super cool dress.  Super hot chick.  Not appropriate for the Oscars.

7.  Anne Hathaway in Valentino

I HATE RED DRESSES ON THE RED CARPET.  She could have any dress in the world, and she chooses this as the opener?  She should have went with the Givenchy she wore to open the show on the carpet, and this to open the show.

6.  Nicole Kidman in Dior Couture

Surprisingly, I like this dress a LOT better on the computer screen.  But, she didn’t get the “we aren’t wearing Dior because Galliano is a bastard” memo.

5.  Jennifer Hudson in Versace

I don’t know what everyone on Twitter was thinking, because I think this look is horrible.  Her BREATS LOOK RIDICULOUS.  Hey girl, it’s great you lost all that weight but you need a PUSH UP BRA.  Breasts don’t always recover from massive weight loss.  And those tan lines?  Nuh uh.  Bad hair.  Bad makeup.

4.  Melissa Leo in Marc Bouwer

I really want to like this, but I just don’t.   It isn’t flattering at all.  And what is up with the spider necklace?

3.  Jennifer Lawrence in Calvin Klein Collection

I HATE RED DRESSES ON THE RED CARPET.  And this is NOT Baywatch.  Too sexy, it isn’t appropriate.  I’m bored.

2.  Marissa Tomei in some couture crap

Womp.  So unflattering.  Take off the diaper.  Fix your hair.  Return this dress to the mall.

1.  Reese Witherspoon in ABS by Allen Schwartz?  Just kidding.  It’s actually Armani Prive *gasp*

Prom anyone?  Clip on ponytail to match your hideously cheap looking dress?  Come on honey, your ex-husband is getting re-married.
